**Deine Aufgaben**
- Als Management Associate (m/w/x) übernimmst du Verantwortung bei der Realisierung von relevanten nationalen und internationalen (Teil-)Projekten
- Dank deiner ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten treibst du zusammen mit dem Team die Erschließung und den Ausbau neuer Geschäftsfelder voran
- Du unterstützt bei der Erarbeitung von innovativen strategischen Lösungsansätzen, um die digitale Transformation und das Wachstum des Bereichs zu fördern
- Kompetent bringst du dich bei der Ausarbeitung strategischer und operativer Aufgabenstellungen sowie bei der Durchführung von Markt
- und Kostenanalysen ein
- Du bist ein wertvoller Support bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen im Betrieb sowie der Implementierung von unseren Neukunden
- Durch deine Selbststarter-Mentalität gestaltest du deinen Aufgabenbereich aktiv mit und lieferst damit einen großen Mehrwert für die Organisation
**Dein Profil**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium idealerweise der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik oder eines ähnlichen Studiengangs
- Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung, primär im Bereich internationales Management, Supply Chain Management, Digitalisierung oder Beratung
- Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität und Interesse an digitalen Trends sowie Begeisterung für herausfordernde Projekteinsätze
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Kommunikationsstärke in Verbindung mit einem verbindlich sicheren Auftreten
- Eigeninitiative sowie analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
