We are looking for a Business Partner Customer Experience Management (f/m/d)

For our Customer Experience Management & Data Analytics department, we are hiring a Business Partner to work closely with us.

What you will be doing:

• As a CX-Business Partner, you will independently oversee a business field at SWK, optimizing customer experiences from awareness to customer recovery.
• You will be responsible for moderating CX communities, selecting suitable measures with the decentralized Touchpoint Managers to improve customer experiences and referral willingness.
• You will provide continuous customer insights to departments and measure goal achievement at relevant touchpoints along the customer journey.
• Collaborating with our Data Scientists, you will analyze current and future customer needs, preparing your analysis results in a target group-oriented manner for employees, service providers, and executives.
• Through Focus Groups with customers and colleagues, you will support Sales, Customer Service, and IT in the evolution of our service channels, products, and services.

What we are looking for:

• You have a degree in fields like Economics or Social Sciences.
• You have professional experience in quantitative analysis and optimization of customer experiences in a service company.
• You are a strong communicator, resilient, and can persuade internal stakeholders with empathy, a customer-oriented mindset, and diplomatic skills.
• Your analytical thinking helps you find new approaches and creative solutions for established processes.
• You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration, work independently and structured, with high self-initiative and perseverance in a dynamic team.
