INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER (M/W/D)

AUFGABEN:

* Gestaltung verfeinerter Industrialisierungsprozesse sowie Unterstützung bei der kosten- und produktionsoptimierten Produktentwicklung / Design for Manufacturing
* Koordination und Festlegung aller für die europäischen Produktionsstandorte notwendigen Produktions- und Verarbeitungsschritte unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Qualität sowie ergonomischen und fertigungstechnischen Aspekten im Rahmen von Neuentwicklungen
* Implementierung der Prozess-FMEA und Unterst��tzung bei Design-FMEA
* Dokumentation des Produktionsprozesses inkl. Maschineneinstelldaten in Stücklisten und Arbeitsplänen
* Produktvor- und Nachkalkulationen, Kostenanalysen, Wertgestaltung, Make-or-Buy-Analysen, Herstellbarkeitsanalysen durchführen und auswerten
* Durchführung von Zeitanalysen und Arbeitsplatzgestaltung
* Unterstützung und Auslegung von automatisierten Montage- und Prüfsystemen
* Veranlassung der Beschaffung notwendiger Betriebs- und Produktionsmittel
* Terminverfolgung für das Anlegen von Equipments und die Freigabe für die Produktion
* Koordination und Definition von Planungsvariablen und Plandaten (Prozesse, Planzeiten. etc.) mit der Produktion
* Verbesserungspotenziale aufdecken, Vorschläge entwickeln und umsetzen
* Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung des Produktionslayouts, des Materialflusses und der technologischen Prozesse
