Als Online-Fachhändler für Öfen arbeiten wir jeden Tag mit Leidenschaft an der Verbesserung der Einkaufserfahrung unserer Kunden. Für unser weiteres Wachstum suchen wir zusätzliche Unterstützung für unser dynamisches und motiviertes Team an unseren Standorten Dresden und Klingenberg.

Aufgaben

Was Du bei uns bewegen kannst
- Du entwickelst die Strategie für die gesamte Operations unseres Online
- und Offline-Geschäfts und setzt diese gemeinsam mit Deinen Teams um
- Du trägst fachliche und personelle Verantwortung für unsere Unternehmensbereiche Produktentwicklung, Category Management, Einkauf, Logistik und Produktqualität
- Du leitest komplexe, abteilungsübergreifende Projekte zu Kernthemen der Logistik, der Digitalisierung und des E‐Commerce vom Konzept bis zur Umsetzung
- Du definierst unsere Produktstrategie und koordinierst die Entwicklung neuer, innovativer Produkte für unsere Eigenmarken
- Du entwickelst unsere Lieferantenstrategie und verantwortest unsere Einkaufsplanung und deren Umsetzung
- Du stellst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Logistikprozesse sicher
- Du steuerst unsere Dienstleister in den Bereichen Produktentwicklung und Logistik und überwachst die Einhaltung der vereinbarten Ziele

Qualifikation

Was Du mitbringst
- Du hast einen sehr guten Hochschulabschluss mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher oder technischer Ausrichtung oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Logistik oder im Handwerk
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Führungsverantwortung in den Bereichen Operations, Einkauf oder Category Management bei E‐Commerce Unternehmen oder im stationären Handel
- Du brennst leidenschaftlich für Produkte wie Öfen, Kessel, Speicher und Grills
- Du bist Vordenker für Innovationen entlang der Supply Chain
- Du arbeitest gern im Team und hast ein exzellentes Gespür für Mitarbeiterführung
- Du hast eine Umsetzungsmentalität und packst selbst mit an, wenn es darauf ankommt
- Du denkst kundenorientiert und unternehmerisch
- Du kommunizierst klar und deutlich und kannst Deine Standpunkte gegenüber anderen durchsetzungsstark vertreten
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
