About the Position

Net Revenue Growth Management (NRM) is a vital strategic capability for Haleon to drive sustainable revenue growth and enhance gross profit margins, allowing us the flexibility to reinvest in the business. The (Senior) NRM Manager plays a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and implementing the necessary changes to achieve these goals and establish the capability within the Germany, Austria, and Switzerland Business Unit. This role is part of the 10+ Net Revenue & Sales Force Effectiveness team and includes indirect management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Net Revenue Growth Management agenda in DACH, collaborating across functions as the expert for the business unit
  • Coordinate and plan annual pricing strategies in partnership with sales and marketing teams to deliver comprehensive and sustainable pricing plans
  • Ensure efficient management of promotion effectiveness process to optimize sales and trade marketing spend
  • Organize and initiate pack-price architecture workshops with marketing teams
  • Collaborate with sales to assess customer growth framework and implement category & brand growth strategies
  • Lead the NRM capability building initiatives for the business unit

Requirements:

  • Expertise in key Revenue Growth Management (RGM) levers including pricing, promotions, and trade investment
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales and/or marketing roles
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in Net Revenue Management (NRM), Revenue Growth Management (RGM), or pricing functions
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive effective change
  • Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in English is required, with a preference for candidates with strong German language skills
