Wir suchen Sie: Patent- und Lizenzmanager im Team Intellectual Property Management (m/w/d) am Standort München Das sind Ihre Aufgaben: Sie informieren und beraten Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler von LMU und Klinikum zu Erfindungen und deren Patentierung und Verwertung. Sie führen Patentrecherchen in Abstimmung mit Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftlern durch und begutachten den Stand der Technik. Sie erarbeiten Entscheidungsvorlagen zu Inanspruchnahme oder Freigabe sowie Patentierungs- und Verwertungsmöglichkeiten von Erfindungen für die Hochschulleitung. Sie managen Patentfamilien und strategische Patentportfolien in Abstimmung mit Erfinderinnen und Erfindern sowie externen Partnern und Patentanwaltskanzleien. Sie führen Verwertungsverhandlungen mit Spin-offs, KMUs und Global Playern. Sie führen Informationsveranstaltungen zum Thema IPM an der LMU durch. Sie pflegen ein Netzwerk aus Expertinnen und Experten des IP-Managements. Sie kommunizieren mit internen Servicebereichen von LMU und Klinikum. Sie erstellen und analysieren Statistiken und Daten und bereiten diese für das jährliche Berichtswesen auf. Das sind Sie: Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise mit naturwissenschaftlichem oder technischem Schwerpunkt in den Bereichen Physik, Artificial Intelligence (AI) oder in verwandten Bereichen. Sie bringen bereits Erfahrung im Patent- und Lizenzmanagement mit. Sie haben Freude an strukturiertem und konzeptionellem Arbeiten und bringen eine hohe Serviceorientierung mit.
