What to expect

  • Support sales competitions at branches, develop a competence range, and oversee services in the branch area
  • Participation in events such as seminars and training sessions
  • Conducting livestreams and video productions (product and application)
  • Support the Niederlassung NEXT project "What does our branch strategy look like in 2035?" and contribute your ideas

What we expect from you

  • Studies in the fields of business administration, service management, brick-and-mortar retail, or a related course of study
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge is advantageous
  • Team spirit and strong communication skills
  • Proactiveness, independence, and organizational skills in handling your tasks
  • Proficient in German and good English skills

Internship period:

Flexible, ideally starting from September 2024 for 3-6 months

Workplace: At the company headquarters and up to 40% of working time in the Mobile Office (Home Office)

Internship compensation:

  • €1,400 gross per month: Mandatory internship
  • €2,262 gross per month: Voluntary internship/Thesis (4-6 months)
