Dies ist eine Vollzeitstelle für einen erfahrenen, talentierten und gut organisierten Manager. Für diese Rolle suchen wir jemanden mit Erfahrung in der Videoproduktion und im Projektmanagement, der in einem dynamischen, kreativen Unternehmen in Berlin arbeiten möchte. Eine nachweisbare Begeisterung für erzählerische Kurzfilm-Dokumentationen ist erwünscht.

Vollzeitbeschäftigung
Aufgaben
- Produzieren des Films von der Vor
- bis zur Postproduktion
- Nachverfolgung des 90-tägigen Produktionsplans
- Arbeit an sämtlichen Aspekten der Videologistik
- Ansprechpartner für den Kunden bei der Produktion
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kundenbetreuer, um ein gutes Kundenerlebnis zu gewährleisten
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Content-Team, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Treatments und Narrative Structures rechtzeitig fertiggestellt werden
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Regisseur, um die Produktion zu planen und sicherzustellen, dass diese rechtzeitig geplant und gedreht wird
- Einhaltung des Budgets für die Dreharbeiten
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Redaktionsteam, um sicherzustellen, dass die Edits pünktlich erfolgen
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Regisseur, um die Vision für das Video zu verstehen
- Lesen und Verstehen des Treatments und der Narrative Structure
- Überprüfung und Kommentierung der Edits, um die Vision zu verwirklichen
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Projektleitung
- Erfahrung im Produktionsteam
- Du hast ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Fokus auf Kreativität
- Du arbeitest selbständig und auch in Drucksituationen bist Du stets lösungsorientiert
