- Im Teilbereich Data Governance:
- Sie sind abteilungsintern verantwortlich für Einhaltung von gesetzlichen bzw. konzerninternen Vorgaben im Kontext der Data Governance. Hierzu arbeiten Sie mit unseren Abteilungs-Fachteams, anderen Fachbereichen, der Rechtsabteilung und externen Partnern zusammen
- Sie sind aktiver Teilnehmer bei konzerninternen Arbeitsgruppen im Kontext Data Governance
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Pflege von konzerninternen Tools wie z. B. die Pflege der sogenannten "Record of Processing Activities" im Rahmen der Datenschutzgrundverordnung
- Sie beobachten gesetzliche und konzerninterne Entwicklungen im Kontext Data Governance
Zudem bilden Sie die Schnittstelle in die IT-Organisation im Kontext der Cyber-Versicherung, organisieren Risikodialoge und unterstützen das Placement-Team bei der Platzierung des Cyber-Versicherungsprogramms und dessen operativer Abwicklung.- Im Teilbereich Data Use Case Definition:
- Sie verschaffen sich einen Überblick über den Datenbestand unserer Abteilung und dessen Potenziale
- Sie erarbeiten zusammen mit den Fachteams datenbasierte Use Cases, die der Optimierung unserer Industrieversicherungsprogramme dienen
- Sie unterstützen die Umsetzung dieser Use Cases in Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Fachbereichen und der IT
- Sie identifizieren relevante interne und externe Datenquellen zur Anreichung der Use Cases
- Sie moderieren Workshops und treiben die Etablierung des "Data Mindsets" innerhalb der Abteilung voran
- Sie konzipieren Bausteine für Vertragsinhalte zum Austausch von Daten mit externen Partnern
**Qualifikationen**:
**Was Sie bereits erreicht haben sollten:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit relevantem Schwerpunkt
- Berufserfahrung im Governance-Kontext bzw. im Kontext der Konzipierung von datenbasierten Services oder in der Datenanalyse
- Idealerweise kontextrelevante Weiterbildungen und Zertifizierungen
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im agilen Arbeiten
