Position: IT Support Specialist at XYZ Company

Your Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for IT users (via phone or ticketing system)
- Recording all relevant information in the ticketing system
- Analyzing and independently resolving simple IT issues and requests (e.g. setting up workstations, swapping out notebooks, software installation, printer troubleshooting, permission assignment)
- Involving 2nd-level support when necessary (local and central IT teams)
- Maintaining IT documentation
Your Profile:
- Completed IT-related training (e.g. IT Specialist for System Integration)
- First experiences in IT support with good IT knowledge, especially in common (Microsoft) operating systems and standard software
- Independent work approach
- Customer-oriented communication
