HR Contract Management Specialist

Your tasks:
- Coordinate the establishment and ensure the handling of employment contracts and amendments of the Top Management of RTL Group's Business Units.
- Ensure international HR Contract Management, including occasional crossborder assignments.
- Act as HR first point of contact, for RTL Group Corporate Center employees, including onboarding of the new employees.
- Act as a first point of contact in the payroll matters for the RTL Group Corporate Center employees.
- Assist and support international appointments and hiring projects.
- Coordinate and organize HR Projects (e.g. Orientation Day, Trainees Program, Health & Safety).
- Support drafting the HR policies and guidelines documents and implementing standardized processes.
- Liaise with the HR Management of RTL Group's Business Units in order to coordinate the reporting and handling of relevant employment contracts and amendments for Top and Senior Management.
- Ensure assistance to the members of the HR team including supporting the drafting process of the minutes of meetings held by RTL Group's Nomination and Compensation Committee.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, or equivalent.
- 45 years of professional experience in an HR department in an international environment (e
g:
in HR areas of project management, business partnering, personnel administration).
- 12 years of professional experience with employees' contract management or personnel management assistant. Completed vocational training as paralegal is an asset.
- You have strong attention to details, you are accurate and meticulous, structured and selforganized person.
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a multicultural environment.
- Perfect command of spoken and written English (CEFR level C2) and German. Other languages, such as French, are a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Office 365. Exposure to HRIS platforms (eg. Success Factors) is considered a plus.
