**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen akademischem Fachpersonal, Program Development > Management, Academic Coordination und Projektmanagement bei der Ausgestaltung von (neuen) Studiengängen in englischer Sprache
- Du koordinierst die Erstellung und Übersetzung studiengangsbezogener Dokumente und Unterlagen (z.B.: Modulhandbücher, Curricula) und begleitest deren Lebenszyklus
- Du prüfst und sicherst gewissenhaft die Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards studiengangsbezogener Dokumente und vertrittst diese durch dein kompetentes und verbindliches Auftreten
- Du redigierst die Ausarbeitungen des akademischen Fachpersonals sprachlich-didaktisch in englischer Sprache
- Du unterstützt durch Datenpflege und -verwaltung den Erfolg des IU Fernstudiums sowie die Verlässlichkeit der Produktionsplanung
- Du hast die Möglichkeit, interne Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln, zu gestalten und kontinuierlich zu verbessern

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse und besitzt sehr gute Rechtschreib
- und Grammatikkenntnisse
- Du fühlst dich sicher im bilingualen Arbeitsumfeld
- Der Umgang mit Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ist für dich Routine
- Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch Organisations
- und Kommunikationsstärke, Konfliktfähigkeit, Termintreue sowie ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein aus
- Du bist ein engagierter und kreativer Teamplayer und arbeitest gern in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Du verfügst über IT-Affinität und bist gern bereit, Dich in neue Programme einzuarbeiten
- Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu Datenbanken (wünschenswert)
