- Identifikation und Ansprache geeigneter Kandidat:innen über diverse Netzwerke
- Entwicklung von Suchstrategien und Führen von Erstgesprächen mit IT-Talenten
- Kandidat:innen-Identifikation, Shortlisting und Talentpool-Pflege zur Sicherstellung einer nachhaltigen Talent-Pipeline
- Aktive Unterstützung im Aufbau eines zentralen Active Sourcing Teams mit geeigneten Sourcing-Strategien
- Kontinuierliche Recherche neuer Active Sourcing Trends und Sourcing-Kanäle
- Aufbau, Monitoring und Optimierung von Kennzahlen und Analysen zur Erfolgsmessung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit sowie Unterstützung der Recruiter:innen und Hiring Manager im gesamten Recruiting-Prozess

**Dein Profil**

**Was du mitbringen solltest.**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting und Active Sourcing, idealerweise in der Tech-/ IT-Zielgruppe
- Kenntnisse über aktuelle Kanäle und Tools im Sourcing
- Netzwerker:innen-Mentalität, d.h. kommunikationsstark, proaktiv, überzeugend und eine Passion für die Direktansprache
- Erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Freude an strategischen Themen
- Hohe Lösungsorientierung und Veränderungsbereitschaft
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
