What you'll do
  • Organize workshops, presentations, meetups at our Picnic locations or at our partners' locations targeting STEM students
  • Get in touch with different STEM student associations across targeted universities and establish long term cooperation
  • Identify potential talent via sourcing and conduct informative calls for introducing Picnic
  • Develop innovative strategies to find new talent & build strong stakeholder connections
About you
  • You are currently enrolled in a Master's Degree in Germany
  • You showcase leaderships skills, top grades and plenty of interesting extracurriculars in your resume
  • You are solution oriented, result driven, proactive and flexible
  • You are fluent in English and in German
  • You are available at least 16h per week for this role

For this role, ideally you're open for traveling to various locations e.g. Picnic locations or external partners' locations when organizing different events.
