Responsible for the timely and high quality delivery of compliance products and services. It includes the License Management Repository and Tangible Check Engines Develop, implement and maintain the operational documents, policies, procedures, documentation, KPIs and SLAs for security operational products and services Develop, implement and maintain procedures to continuously improve service levels based on customer feedback Monitor KPIs and SLAs and initiate improvement actions Central point of contact for IM project teams to ensure smooth implementation of products in PSL Responsible for proactively managing business escalations and crisis management Responsible for managing IM stakeholders to align deliverables for maximum business value by providing insight into business prioritiesYour profile
Degree course
Computer science at least Bachelor's degreeProfessional experience
IT / Information Systems at least 3 years Several years of experience in IM (Information Management and IM Project/Productmanagement
Experience with compliance processes and regulations (export control) Experience in customer relationship management incl. requirements profileIT
MS-Office at least knowledge of detailed functions Good knowledge of IT fundamentals such as infrastructures and architectures Experience with agile processes (incl. SAFE), experience in backlog management Language skills German at least business fluent English at least business fluent Knowledge of French an advantage-
