Aufgaben:
  • Sicherstellung der Bearbeitung aller Kundenbestellungen und -lieferungen gemäß den Frist- und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Übermittlung der Bedarfsprognosen, z.B. Bedarfspläne und Forecast Analysen
  • Verantwortung für die Bestellabwicklung sowie für den Ablauf der Bedarfsbestellung (z.B. Ersatz-, Fehl- und Produktionsteile, Hardware sowie Geräte)
  • Proaktive Benachrichtigung des Kunden über den Fortschritt der Bestellungen
  • Tägliche Beaufsichtigung und Überwachung der Lieferkette sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und allen Schnittstellen
  • Analyse verspäteter Lieferungen sowie Management von Recovery Plänen
Anforderungen:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Supply Chain / Logistics oder in Wirtschaftswissenschaften
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Disposition / Materialbeschaffung, Lieferantenmanagement und Supply Chain / Logistics
  • Erfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrt
  • Vertieftes Anwenderwissen von SAP und Google Workspace
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System inkl. Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit sowie Rufbereitschaft
  • Vorliegende Arbeitserlaubnis für die EU
