Transfer Pricing Specialist

Your mission at LINDAL:

  • Lead the company's transfer pricing matters and partner with multiple internal stakeholders and external advisers to provide support on transfer pricingrelated issues, including transfer pricing policies, master and local files;
  • Manage and prepare the required transfer pricing documentation to support intragroup transactions in compliance with local regulations
  • Define and challenge the appropriate transfer pricing methodologies for intragroup transactions
  • Run the calculation of intercompany prices and fees
  • Provide advice in key projects or new business initiatives by performing factual reviews, financial and tax analyses, preparation of memos or presentations, etc
  • Develop/implement/maintain the appropriate company procedures and IT processes in relation to transfer pricing management
  • Support transfer pricing tax audits, including responding to tax authorities on matters or queries relating to transfer pricing
  • Provide transfer pricing guidance and training to stakeholders and business units

Your profile:

  • Business School with Finance Major, or International Tax / Tax Law
  • 3 to 5 years of advisory and compliance experience across international tax and transfer pricing
  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem solving skills
  • Independent and handson
  • Fluency in German & English written & oral; Fluency in any other language is a plus
