About

Our client is in search of a Technical Sales professional with a keen interest in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. As a Technical Sales specialist, you will utilize your sales and consulting expertise to drive your business forward.

The ideal candidate will provide guidance and consultancy to partners and System Integrators on optimizing the technical solutions offered by our client. These services are aligned with our mission to enable partners to exceed customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include developing project opportunities with partners, guiding them to successful outcomes, while collaborating closely with our Partner Success Managers. Additionally, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert, contributing to community growth and engagement with your specialized knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Assist partners in overcoming capability and capacity challenges within the Dynamics ecosystem using our client's technical services.
  • Act as the leading authority for our ecosystem and Partner Success Managers.
  • Build a sales pipeline for technical services and achieve annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to shape strategies for enhancing pipeline growth.
  • Develop the project pipeline for technical services in collaboration with partners and the Technical Services Headquarters.
  • Negotiate contracts with partners for technical services.
  • Provide initial commercial support to partners utilizing Company's technical services.
  • Supervise and support selected Company partners, considering their Service Level and potential for growth.
  • Advise partners on expanding their business and adapting to market opportunities.

Your Profile

  • Demonstrate a strong commercial drive and prioritize service, with a technical understanding of Dynamics365.
  • Have relevant work experience.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Understand the IT industry, small to medium-sized businesses, and the Microsoft ecosystem and partner channels.
  • Possess expertise in cloud-based software solutions, particularly Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV, Finance and Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Dataverse, and PowerApps.
  • Experience in consulting and executing Dynamics projects.
  • Strive for excellence by ensuring thoroughness, accuracy, and timeliness in your work.
  • Show self-motivation and collaboration, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Business Applications, especially Dynamics 365 Business Central.
