Stellenbeschreibung

Als Purchasing Manager (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie den zentralen, operativen Einkauf für unsere Hotels in Europa und den USA – für Motel One und The Cloud One Hotels. Der operative Einkauf umfasst die Bereiche Food, Beverage, Hotel Supplies und Hotel Services, wobei Ihr Schwerpunkt im Bereich Non-Food, Reinigungs- und Wäschedienstleistungen liegen wird.

  • Übernahme der Verantwortung für den Einkauf in den Bereichen Non-Food, Reinigungs- und Wäschedienstleistungen sowie Unterstützung in den weiteren Bereichen im operativen Einkauf
  • Begleitung neuer Markteintritte in Europa und den USA – sowohl für Motel One als auch für The Cloud One Hotels
  • Umsetzung von Beschaffungsstrategien im strategischen Einkauf und Implementierung internationaler Einkaufsstandards
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Analyse bestehender sowie potenzieller Lieferanten
  • Ausarbeitung von Benchmark und Vorbereitung von Verhandlungsgesprächen
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Lieferanten und Lieferstrukturen
  • Unterstützung und Beratung unserer mehr als 90 Hotels in aktuell 13 europäischen Märkten und einem Hotel in den USA
Qualifikationen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen im Einkauf – idealerweise im Bereich der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie oder im Bereich Reinigungs- und Wäschedienstleistungen
  • Erfahrung mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen sowie ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sympathisches und gewinnendes Auftreten sowie Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsgeschick
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit proaktiven, neuen Lösungsansätzen für die Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partner*innen
