If you enjoy:

• Working autonomously: no need for a morning briefing in the office, you prefer starting directly from home - travel time counts as work time
• Providing excellent customer service and support efficiently, as part of the customer service team, occasional on-call duty (only on weekends & holidays) comes with the job - and of course, is compensated
• Conducting meticulous maintenance, repairs, and servicing on oil and gas boilers possibly with supporting solar thermal and air-to-water heat pumps
• Being a troubleshooter for customers on-site and resolving issues with the help of your team leader and headquarters, even in unforeseen circumstances
• Being part of a team: even though you're mostly working solo, you feel the daily support from colleagues in the region and the headquarters in Berlin

If this describes you:

• You are a certified Systems Mechanic for Sanitary, Heating, and Climate Technology, a Gas and Water Installer, a Heating Constructor, or a Central Heating or Ventilation Builder
• You have experience in Customer Service & Maintenance of various gas and oil systems including solar thermal, knowledge of air-to-water heat pumps is a plus
• You prioritize quality and customer satisfaction achieved through your service-oriented approach and communication skills
• You enjoy working independently with a responsible work ethic
• You hold a Class B driver's license
• You have good German language skills (native or at least B2 level)
