Stellenbeschreibung

Als Teil eines Projektteams beraten Sie unsere nationalen und internationalen Auftraggeber bei allen vertraglichen Themenstellungen im Rahmen von Bauprojekten, aus dem Bereich Hochbau ( Pharamziebau, Automotive) oder Infrastruktur. Sie verantworten die Erstellung von Verträgen, schätzen die rechtlichen Spezifikationen von Verbindlichkeiten bestehender Auftragnehmer ein und verfassen Reportings an die zuständige Gesamtprojektleitung. Sie entwickeln inhaltlich nachhaltige Claim- Prozesse. Sie fungieren als übergreifende Schnittstellen in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Einkauf und Rechtsabteilung.

Qualifikationen

Sie haben ihr technisches oder rechtswissenschaftliches Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Sie verfügen über mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Contract- und Claim-Management und besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse des Vertragsrechts im Rahmen von Bauprojekten. Unternehmerisches Denken, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, sowie die Fähigkeit zu analytischem und vernetztem Denken zeichnet sie aus. Sie bringen hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache mit und haben Spaß daran, in multikulturellen Teams zu arbeiten. Sie haben Erfahrung mit großen und komplexen Projekten im Industriebereich Sie verfügen über eine gesunde Mischung aus Durchsetzungs- und Einfühlungsvermögen, Zielstrebigkeit und Teamorientierung und arbeiten selbstständig, detailliert und sorgfältig.
