WFM Operations Specialists (Fokus: Steuerung) (m/w/d) DIESE HERAUSFORDERUNGEN ERWARTEN DICH- Du bist verantwortlich für die Echtzeitüberwachung des Tagesgeschäft.
- Du überwachst kontinuierlich die Anwesenheit und die Aktivitäten der Mitarbeiter um sicherzustellen, dass genügend Ressourcen vorhanden sind um den aktuellen Bedarf zu decken.
- Du überwachst die Leistung der Mitarbeiter in Echtzeit um sicherzustellen, dass die Ziele und Standards eingehalten werden.
- Bei Bedarf triffst du Entscheidungen in Echtzeit, um die Mitarbeiterressourcen optimal zu verteilen.
- Bei auftretenden Problemen oder Engpässen bist Du dafür verantwortlich, die relevanten Teams zu benachrichtigen und Lösungen zu koordinieren.
- Du verfügst Idealerweise über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Service Center Umfeld, oder als Content Moderator gesammelt.
- Du setzt deine sehr guten Computerkenntnisse und Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere in Excel) sicher ein.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit TimesSquare oder anderer Planungssoftware gesammelt.
- Ein sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis sowie Analysefähigkeit zeichnen dich aus.
- Gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, im Rahmen der Einsatzplanung kritische Situationen zu analysieren und geeignete Lösungen aufzuzeigen.
- Du kannst - mit Blick auf die Einsatzplanung - vertraglich komplexe Sachverhalte interpretieren.
- Du gehst bei deinen Aufgaben analytisch, strukturiert sowie ergebnisorientiert vor.
- Du zeigst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative.
- Du arbeitest sehr detailliert und kontrollierst deine Ergebnisse eigenständig.
- Du verfügst über eine hohe Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz.
- Teamfähigkeit und Motivationsfähigkeit sind für dich keine Fremdworte.
- Du bist belastbar und flexibel.
