WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Proactively leading the development of BAT digital own platforms across all new category brands within DACH markets
  • Own fully the consumer journey content and messaging across all digital touch points
  • Lead dedicated digital projects from strategical conception down to implementation, always strive for best possible outcome
  • Executional responsibility on all possible digital marketing channels (SEO, Google Ads, Banner Ads, Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing etc.) that attract new consumers
  • Continuous exploration of new digital marketing touchpoints and channels to exploit new advertising opportunities
  • Close collaboration within digital team such as ecommerce & CRM for bestinclass execution, as well as across functions (brand marketing, legal) to deliver on brand and legally
  • Close collaboration with global team for deploying global digital projects and constantly provide performance monitoring including presentation to key global stakeholders
  • Provide on regular basis performance tracking reports and actively identify gaps, opportunities to optimize the performance
  • Lead and coordinate several digital and creative agencies in SEO, paid digital advertising, content creation, social media and more
  • Agile work in a dynamic team, quick implementation of measures, direct evaluation of results and fast, independent implementation of generated learnings
  • Regular presentations and updates in front of senior stakeholders locally and globally

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

  • Completed higher education and first professional experience in a digital marketing position
  • Or commercial education and at least 2 years of work experience in a digital driven job
  • Project management skills and the ability to influence stakeholders even without formal leadership responsibility
  • Strong skills in managing people from different markets, cultures and seniority level
  • Ability to learn fast and create synergies among different end markets
  • Understanding of consumer interests, consumer purchase decisions and motivations
  • User centric mindset: always putting the consumer first
  • Flexibility and intrinsic motivation to push projects forward autonomously
  • Affinity for new media and technical innovations and a curiosity for new digital trends
  • Strong team player
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with good eye for details
