- Auftragserfassung und -bearbeitung: Du bist verantwortlich für die Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Onlineinsertionen, einschließlich Display-Anzeigen, Newsletter-Kampagnen und Content-Insertionen.
- Reservierungsverwaltung: Du behältst den Überblick über die Reservierungsübersichten für die genannten Insertionen und stellst sicher, dass alle Buchungen reibungslos verlaufen.
- Werbemittelmanagement: Du beschaffst, prüfst und integrierst Werbemittel, wobei Dein Hauptfokus auf Newsletter-Kampagnen liegt.
- Kampagnen-Reporting: Du erstellst detaillierte Kampagnen-Reports und versendest Belege und Screenshots an unsere Kundeninnen und Kunden.
Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung: Eine starke Grundlage in kaufmännischen Prozessen ist erforderlich.
- Erste Berufserfahrung: Idealerweise hast Du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Customer Operations oder Auftragsmanagement gesammelt, vorzugsweise im digitalen Umfeld.
- Organisationsfähigkeit: Du bist in der Lage, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu verwalten und behältst stets den Überblick.
- Kommunikationsstärke: Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (in Wort und Schrift) und Englisch (gut) und arbeitest gerne im Team.
- Technisches Verständnis: Grundkenntnisse in HTML und CSS von Vorteil.
