• We are looking for an Engineer Surveyor to conduct Statutory Inspections promptly to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with the planning team for efficient inspection routes to meet contractual obligations.

Responsibilities and Authority:

• Perform inspections of lifting equipment and accessories in line with statutory regulations.
• Participate in stock control, data entries, and other relevant processes.
• Conduct LOLER inspections on various types of Lifting Equipment.
• Complete necessary paperwork following company procedures.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Prepare site survey reports.
• Adhere to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment regulations.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Education and Experience:

• Experience in the Lift Industry.
• Experienced engineer with Mechanical/Electrical skills.
• Prior engineering experience with Lifting Equipment preferred.
• A recognized Mechanical/Electrical qualification is advantageous.

Specific Skills, Knowledge, Competencies, and Training:

Essential:

• EOR 202 Certification.
• Proficient in computer literacy.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
