Wir sind ein IT-Systemhaus und Managed Service Provider mit Fokus auf IT-Sicherheit, Virtualisierungs-, Storage-, Backup-, Netzwerk-, Kollaborations- und Server Lösungen im Bereich Linux und Windows und sorgen im gesamten Bereich der EDV für einen reibungslosen Ablauf. Durch den Betrieb eigener Rechenzentren und die Bereitstellung der dazugehörigen Dienste sind wir in der Lage, unsere Kunden ganzheitlich zu betreuen

Unser Ziel ist es, unsere Kunden so zu entlasten, dass sie sich auf ihr Business konzentrieren können ohne IT als notwendiges Übel wahrzunehmen. Wir betreuen Kunden in ganz Deutschland, remote oder vor Ort.

Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören:
  • Pflege der bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen, Du kümmerst Dich um alle Anliegen Deiner Kunden und führst mit diesen Jahresgespräche
  • Einholen von Kundenfeedbacks zu Vorgängen und unserer Betreuung
  • Erstellung von IT- und Betriebskonzepten in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Technikern und Beratern
  • Bearbeitung von Neukundenanfragen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung unserer Produkte und Verträge, um eine höchstmögliche Kundenunterstützung und Zufriedenheit zu erzielen
  • Beobachtung der jeweiligen Kundensituationen. Regelmäßige Überprüfung ob eingesetzte Technologien den aktuellen Statuten und Entwicklungen entsprechen
Unsere Erwartungen an Dich:

Fachlich:

Du bist IT-Affin und verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung im Bereich IT-System-Management, Fachinformatiker oder Vergleichbares mit folgenden Schlüsselqualifikationen:

  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office, Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
  • Verständnis von IT
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von Kundenmanagement-/ IT-Systemen

Persönlich:

  • Fähigkeit, erworbenes Wissen in neuen Aufgabengebieten umzusetzen
  • Bereitschaft, Neues zu erlernen und dabei seinen eigenen Horizont zu erweitern
  • Kreativität, Teamgeist und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Technik
  • Du bist redegewandt und kommunizierst gerne mit Kunden
