Senior Sales Manager (f/m/d)

Are you ready to lead strategic sales initiatives and drive market expansion in the exciting field of industrial robotics? We are looking for a motivated individual to join the team and make a significant impact.

The preferred candidate should possess a demonstrated history of success in sales, extensive knowledge of industrial automation technologies, broader experience in the industrial automation domain, adeptness in building robust networks, and a commitment to guiding and nurturing junior team members.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and enhance market share within the industrial robotics sector.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to effectively convey the value proposition of the Company's robotics solutions.

Deliver regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making processes.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Experience in industrial automation sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive complex sales cycles and close deals.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience mentoring or coaching junior members of a sales team.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce preferred.
