What Awaits You
- Starting on 04.03., or after agreement possible
- Learning basic principles and learning models of adventure pedagogy
- Gaining insights into theories and methods related to reflection, feedback, and transfer to the participants' daily lives
- Acquiring DAV climbing and safety techniques
- Building pedagogical and technical sports knowledge & skills (e.g. raft building, setting up and walking a low ropes course, archery, and more)
- Organizing, conceptualizing, and planning your own adventure pedagogy courses (e.g. school trips, hiking days, holiday care, team trainings, and much more)
- Our Climate-Heroes-Program offers you the chance to explore environmental education methods
- Gaining insight into areas such as personnel planning, marketing and public relations, fundraising, storage & logistics, and more
- Motivation, commitment, independence, and a passion for working with people
- A smile when thinking about conducting multi-day trips with children and teenagers
- A current first aid certificate and a current police clearance certificate (required at the start of the internship)
- Preferably, prior educational experience and knowledge in climbing sports
- Ideally, a driver's license
- Lots of fun & humor :-)
