For our branch in Frankfurt, we are looking for you to strengthen our team as a Team Leader for the Fire Damage Restoration department, full-time (40 hours/week).

Your responsibilities

• Leading your team both professionally and disciplinary
• Comprehensive project management (including construction supervision, coordination of trades, payment responsibilities, documentation, assessment)
• Communication with experts, insurance companies, and customers
• Preparation of offers and invoices
• Ensuring payment receipts
• Handling complaints
• Responsibility for scheduling work shifts and vacations
• Ensuring compliance with team's instructions and briefings

Your qualifications

• Qualification as a Site Manager, Master Craftsman, Civil Engineer, Project Manager, or similar
• Previous experience in leadership roles on construction sites is desirable
• Ideally, knowledge in fire damage restoration
• Practical experience in the construction industry
• Technical and commercial understanding
• Friendly and open attitude towards customers and colleagues
• Adaptability to new requirements
• Class B driver's license is mandatory
