Stellenbeschreibung Du bist verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Implementierung und kontinuierliche gruppenweite Verbesserung des P2P-Prozesses. Du treibst die digitale Transformation der gesamten P2P-Prozesskette mit der bestehenden technischen Systemlandschaft und darüber hinaus voran. Du agierst als Geschäftspartner für den Rest der Buchhaltungsabteilung. Du schaffst Wert, indem Du den Finanzteams ermöglichen, verschiedene bereichsübergreifende Prozesse und Tools (ERP, E-Procurement, Tableau, MS Office & Sharepoint, DMS usw.) effektiv zu nutzen und zu verbinden. Du führst eingehende Prozessanalysen durch, um die Bedürfnisse aller Stakeholder zu verstehen und die Auswirkungen des Prozesses zu bewerten. Du bietest vor Ort Unterstützung und Hilfe während der Lieferung und Go-Live-Phasen wichtiger Projekte. Du arbeitest mit dem Beschaffungsteam, dem Technikteam und anderen Abteilungen zusammen. Du verwaltest verschiedene Projekte und arbeitest mit externen Beratungspartnern zusammen.

Qualifikationen

Du hast einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen / Rechnungswesen / Controlling. Du hast mindestens 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer Finanzumgebung, idealerweise in einem Unternehmen mit starkem Wachstum oder in einer Beratungsfirma. Du verfügst über starke analytische, konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und ein ganzheitliches Verständnis des P2P-Prozesses. Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Digitalisierung in einem internationalen Geschäftsumfeld. Du hast Erfahrungen in der Implementierung oder im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und anderen Tools entlang der P2P-Prozesskette. Du bist in der Lage, mit funktionsübergreifenden Abteilungen zu arbeiten und starke Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern aus allen Hierarchien aufzubauen. Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und kannst Dich in Deutsch als auch in Englisch auf C1 Level ausdrücken. Du bist in der Lage, Berichte und Management-Zusammenfassungen für Führungskräfte zu erstellen.
