Aufgaben- Strategische und operative Betreuung: Du verantwortest unsere Social Media Präsenzen auf LinkedIn, Instagram und WhatsApp.
- Storytelling und Community Management: Du stärkst unsere Markenpräsenz durch kreative Inhalte und aktives Community Management.
- Content Planung und Erstellung: Du konzipierst und erstellst Inhalte für unsere Kanäle. Außerdem hast du keine Scheu dich vor die Kamera zu stellen und das Gesicht unserer Community zu sein.
- Proaktive Optimierung: Du entwickelst Ideen zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit, organischen Reichweite, Kundenbindung und Neukundengewinnung.
- Monitoring und Analyse: Du überwachst die relevanten KPI, analysierst die Performance und leitest Maßnahmen ab.
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung im Social Media Management mit.
- Du verfügst über eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und Fristen einzuhalten.
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten aus.
- Deine hohe Motivation treibt die Weiterentwicklung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Kanäle voran.
- Du haßt Spaß am flexiblen Arbeiten und teilst dir deine Zeit selbst effizient ein.
- Du verfügst über die notwendigen Sprachkenntnisse, um unsere deutschsprachigen Kanäle zu betreuen und Inhalte dafür eigenständig zu erstellen.
In dieser Position bietet sich Dir die Möglichkeit, aktiv an der Entwicklung eines aufstrebenden Wirtschaftsverlags mitzuwirken.
Es ist übrigens kein Ausschlusskriterium, wenn Du nicht in allen ausgeschriebenen Aufgaben Erfahrungen mitbringst – wichtig ist nur, dass Du motiviert bist, Dich in die Themen reinzuarbeiten.
