Job description:
Your tasks:
- Technical and conceptual consulting on the use of the SharePoint and / or Microsoft 365 technology platform
- Conception and implementation of the change management in the context of the internal collaboration platform IDA as well as Microsoft Lists, Microsoft Teams, Planner and OneDrive for Business
- Conception and implementation of user trainings, workshops, and communications (online and presence) for the abovementioned tools, especially for French and/or Spanish speaking colleagues
- Conceptual support for the introduction and optimal use of Microsoft 365 solutions by the users as well as the continuous further development of IDA
- Acquire solid knowledge of the current Microsoft 365 portfolio and stay up to date with the latest developments in the Microsoft 365 environment
- Monitoring of services, innovations, and changes of Microsoft 36
- Support of multipliers networks and of users (second level)
Your profile:
- Completed studies in economics and social sciences, (business) informatics, communication sciences or in another relevant field or completed professional education and several years of relevant professional experience in relevant field
- Several years of handson experience in the use of with Microsoft 365, SharePoint (especially SharePoint lists / Microsoft Lists), the Power Platform, and the social intranet IDA
- Motivation and experience in an international environment
- Initial experience in a country office or project abroad in the field of DC are an advantage
- Independent, structured way of working
- Joy of working together with specialist departments and end users and introducing them to new ways of working
- Structured and comprehensible expression and communication skills as well as presentation skills (written and oral)
- Business fluent in English and / or German, and fluent in French or Spanish, further language skills are an advantage (e.g. Arabic)
Notes:
This job is suited to a full or a part-time position.
The willingness for frequent business trips is required.
In order to fulfill the company's objectives, the willingness of employees for assignments at all GIZ locations in Germany and abroad is of high corporate interest.
