Responsibilities

• Maintaining and repairing the equipment and sports gear (especially bicycles) of your customers.
• Personalizing products according to customer preferences (printing/embroidery).
• Handling complaints and returns in a customer-friendly manner.
• Ensuring the safety of your customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
• Creating invoices.

Requirements:

• You are ideally a trained bicycle mechanic or have similar experience.
• You are passionate about sports and want to bring this passion into your work.
• You are skilled in craftsmanship and interested in technology.
• You are service-oriented and enjoy interacting with customers.
• You are willing to take responsibility for yourself, your team, and your projects.
• You are ready to support your team, even on Saturdays.

Store Location:
