Your mission
You are part of the project teams on site at our customers and take responsibility for the content of the projectsYou help shape the project content in detail, analyze data and facts and develop hypotheses and ideasYou motivate the customer team through close cooperation, lead workshops, discuss optimization ideas and develop implementation plansYou are also responsible for the implementation, e.g. in the preparation and execution of tenders as well as negotiationsYou also support the customer through transformational approaches and change managementYour profile
A completed master's degree from a well-known university At least 2 years of professional experience in a team of a management consultancy specialized in purchasing and/or in the purchasing department of an international, market-leading company, ideally with project experienceBasic purchasing understanding and experience in commodity group management, commodity group strategy, material cost reduction, negotiations or supplier days Initial experience in the areas of target operating model, sustainability, digitalization or resilience in purchasing is desirableKnowledge of one or more indirect or direct commodity groups is also helpfulYou are fluent in German and EnglishIn addition to your analytical and structured way of thinking and working, you should also have a good feel for situations and peopleWhat do we offer you?
