Join our Team as:
- Development and management of school and university marketing strategies to attract talented students and graduates
- Advancement and implementation of sourcing/recruiting strategies for the support area as well as the selection and maintenance of relevant platforms and channels
- Assistance in supporting activities for the recruiting team
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on HR or a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
- Initial professional experience in recruiting or HR marketing is advantageous
- Passion for collaborating with students and graduates
- Creativity and enthusiasm for innovating recruiting strategies
- Good German and English language skills
