Global Brand Manager Face Strategy

Your Tasks- Supporting the Senior Global Brand Manager Face Strategy in category strategy and business development i.e. defining growth opportunities & business priorities
- Consistent monitoring and analysis of global trends, market & category development and competition to drive FACE category strategy
- Getting business development initiatives IIM ready e.g. developing market entry concepts, building business cases & GTM strategies, etc.
- Sparring partner to product marketing team solving strategic business challenges e.g. assortment management, sizing & pricing, etc.
- Steering the marketing budget for the overall FACE team in collaboration with the product marketing team.
- Prior work experience in marketing / business development (3-4 years)
- High affinity for analytical challenges, at ease with qualitative and quantitative data
- Effective communication and strong presentation skills
- International mindset, at ease working in diverse teams and across all levels of the organization
- Fluent in spoken and written English, additional language is a plus
- University degree, ideally Master
