What to expect:
- Implementing and expanding our professional coffee machine company's sales CRM solutions is my responsibility
- Assistance and guidance for business unit users as well as the implementation of training programmes
- Acquiring, defining, coordinating, and putting into practice requirements from other IT departments and specialist departments, including putting feasibility studies and profitability evaluations into practice
- Rollouts internationally

- Monitoring and reporting on the budget as well as planning it

Your Profile:
- Completion of computer science, business informatics, or a related field of study
- Excellent knowledge of IT project management techniques, particularly Agility or Scrum
- Expertise in consulting as well as a strong focus on providing excellent customer service
- Selfassurance, assertiveness, responsibility, and organised, problemsolving work
- A high level of dependability and camaraderie
- German and English fluency
