Aufgaben

Persönliche Stärken einsetzen

Verantwortungsbereiche und Aufgaben, in denen etwas bewegt werden kann:

ACCOUNTING ACTIVITIES

Du unterstützt das Team bei der laufenden Kreditoren- sowie Debitorenbuchhaltung für die verschiedenen Business Units. Du erfasst Rechnungen, prüfst und kontierst Geschäftsvorfälle unter Einhaltung der Compliance-Richtlinien und verbuchst Reisekosten. Zudem erfasst und verwaltest du die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens und übernimmst das Verbuchen der Bankauszüge. Außerdem wickelst du den Zahlungsverkehr ab und überwachst dabei den Cash-Bestand. Weiterhin kümmerst du dich um Kontenabstimmungen und Analysen.

FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie internen Weiterverrechnungen und stellst sicher, dass diese den Qualitätsstandards der Konzernrichtlinien entsprechen.


Profil

Für die Rolle relevant:

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum / zur Steuerfachangestellten, zum / zur Buchhalter/-in oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung, Bachelor in BWL
  • Erste relevante Berufserfahrung in der Steuerberatung oder im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und sehr gute MS-Office- sowie SAP-Kenntnisse (SAP FI und SAP FI-AA) wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, Ergebnisorientierung sowie Lern- und Analysefähigkeiten
  • Hohes Maß an Flexibilität und eine sorgfältige, strukturierte sowie verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Verständnis der Rolle als überzeugender Sparringspartner und hohe Dienstleistungsmentalität für "interne Kunden"
  • Ein echter Teamplayer mit starken Kommunikationsskills und gutem Durchsetzungsvermögen
