**Head of Plant Design Electrics and Automation (m/w/d)**:
SIE HANDELN

Als Head of Plant Engineering Electrics and Automation Flat Products sind Sie zuständig für die Entwicklung und Implementierung von innovativen Methoden unter Anwendung neuester technologischer Ansätze zum elektrotechnischen Design von Stahlwerken im Bereich Walz
- und Bandbehandlungsanlagen.

Ihnen steht dazu ein weltweites Team zur Verfügung mit den Kompetenzzentern in Mönchengladbach und Hilchenbach, welche ein jährliches Budget im 2stelligen Millionen Bereich abwickeln.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

- Personalplanung und -entwicklung im Bereich"Plant Design EA" für Walz
- und Bandbehandlungsanlagen
- Globale Abstimmung mit den weltweiten Teams
- Aufbau und Pflege eines globalen Execution Netzwerkes zur Steuerung von Kapazitätsschwankungen
- Volle Kostenverantwortung für alle in Ihrem Bereich weltweit laufenden Projekte
- Beteiligung in der Vertriebsphase und verantwortlich für die Definition eines wettbewerbsfähigen Designs und dessen Kostenermittlung
- Planung und Kontrolle der Projekt-Meilenstein und Budgets
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Vorgaben, Richtlinien, Methoden, Prozessen und Standards an allen Standorten
- Maßnahmen zur Wertanalyse und Standardisierung
- Fertigungskontrollen für die in ihrem Bereich getätigten Beschaffungen
- Kenntnisse zu verschiedenen Feldbussystemen wie Profinet, Ethercat, IO-Link oder anderen
- Erfahrung im Bereich 3D Modellierung von elektrotechnischen Einrichtungen und Kabelwegen im 3D Analagenmodell, idealere Weise im Umfeld von AVEVA E3D
- Administrations
- und Anwendererfahrung mit elektrotechnischen CAE Werkzeugen wie Comos, Intergraph SPE/SPI oder ähnlichen sowie in der Schaltschrankplanung mit Eplan und EEC
- Innovationskreativität zur Nutzung von digitalen Methoden oder KI in den zugehörigen Prozessen zur Steigerung der Effektivität
- Kenntnisse der gängigen IEC und VDE Normen des elektrotechnischen Designs und der Installationen, NEC/UL Kenntnisse runden Ihr Wissen ab

SIE WISSEN

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, der Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. entsprechende Berufserfahrung in dem beschriebenen Umfeld von mehr als 10 Jahren. Wichtig sind außerdem:

- Moderne Personalführung und Projektmanagementkompetenz
- Strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Interkulturelle Kompetenz, Loyalität und Integrität
