Aufgaben
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines starken Netzwerks
  • Identifikation und dynamische Akquisition neuer Standorte

  • Verhandlung mit Eigentümern und Vermietern, sowie Begleitung von Bauvorhaben
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens bei externen Partnern
Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Akquisition von Gewerbeimmobilien - idealerweise in den Bereichen Fitness, Retail, Franchise, Hotellerie, QSR, Verkehrsimmobilien, o.ä.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
  • Netzwerkstärke und Beziehungsmanagement
  • Eigeninitiative und strategisches Denken
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Immobilienwirtschaft oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung inkl. kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu regionaler Reisetätigkeit in Nordrhein-Westfalen - welches u.a. die Städte Düsseldorf, Köln, Neuss, Krefeld, Mönchengladbach, Duisburg, Dortmund, Bielefeld, Köln, Bonn, Essen sowie Münster umfasst.
