Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Projekten
  • Sichern des Projektfortschritts und des Projekterfolgs bei fortlaufender Überprüfung des Projektauftrags
  • Entwicklung, Implementierung sowie Überwachung von KPIs im Rahmen des Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Projektdokumentation, einschließlich Projektplan, Statusberichte, Budget- und Ressourcenpläne sowie weiteren Dokumenten
  • Mitgestaltung, Entwicklung als auch Etablierung von Projektmanagement-Standards und -Methoden
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, wirtschaftliches Studium oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Automatisierungsprozessen sowie -technologien
  • Kenntnisse im (IT-) Prozesshandling
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Affinität für Digitalisierung
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in M365 sowie Jira
