Als verlässlicher B2B Service-Partner (Private Label & CDMO) unterstützen wir unsere Kunden aus dem Drogerie-, Discount- und Lebensmitteleinzelhandel sowie Apotheken und Markenartikler bei der Entwicklung von innovativen, trendigen Gesundheits- und Wellnessprodukten und bieten somit maßgeschneiderte und kundenspezifische Leistungen. Darüber hinaus verfügen wir über ein umfangreiches Portfolio an eigenen Marken in den Bereichen Consumer Healthcare, Sports Nutrition, Weight Management und Healthy Nutrition (wie z.B. vom Achterhof, Gymqueen, Bodylab, Vitawell oder VIVE+), die online B2C und/oder im internationale Retail vermarket werden.
Durch die Bündelung unserer Kompetenzen und Ressourcen können wir die Effizienz, Skalierbarkeit und funktionale Exzellenz unseres B2B und B2C Geschäftes in der gesamten Gruppe und in allen Kanälen optimieren. Die Eckpeiler unseres Erfolgs sind der konsequente Multi-Channel-Ansatz, unterstützt durch unsere vertikal integrierte Wertschöpfungskette mit eigener Produktionsbasis, sowie kontinuierliches Wachstum durch unsere "Buy & Build"- Strategie in Europa.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich:
  • Durchführung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Trendanalysen mittels Desk-Research und über Social Media
  • Entwicklung neuer Produkte für die Marke vom Achterhof
  • Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Produkten sowie regelmäßige Überprüfung des Sortiments
  • Betreuung des Produktportfolios über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg (Launch, Erfolgskontrolle, Portfolioebereinigung)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen (Brand, Design, Category Management, Supply Chain) und externen Schnittstellen (Lohnherstellern, Packmittelherstellern)
Wir suchen Dich
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Lebensmitteltechnologie, Lebensmittelchemie, Ernährungswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in konzeptionellen Entwicklung von Lebensmitteln oder bevorzugt Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
  • Kenntnisse bezüglich Wirkung und Einsatzmöglichkeiten von Vitaminen, Mineral- und Pflanzenstoffen sowie anderen funktionalen Inhaltsstoffen
  • Kenntnisse des Lebensmittel- und Wettbewerbsrechts
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse
