**Product Owner (m/w/d) in Vollzeit**
Die ALFA Plus App ist ein Programm, die auf dem Smartphone installiert werden kann und jederzeit standortunabhängig die Abläufe unseres Housekeepings koordiniert und überprüft. Mithilfe der App werden die Mitarbeiter vernetzt und das Qualitätsmanagement überwacht, geprüft und dokumentiert. Des Weiteren werden die individuellen Belegzeiten unserer Hotels digitalisiert und es werden Mitarbeiterbewertungen und Leistungsreporte erstellt.
Alles in einer App und stets griffbereit auf dem Smartphone.
**Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören**:
- Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer AlfaPlus Service App
- Übernahme der Steuerung der AlfaPlus Service App in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Entwicklungsteam und unseren externen Partnern
- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und Schnittstellen
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
- Unterstützung bei der Lösung von Problemen und Fragen der Nutzer/innen
- Erweiterung und Verbesserung des Support-Portals
- Durchführung von Anwendungstests
- Gestaltung neuer nutzerfreundliche Prozesse und ansprechende Designs
- Identifizierung, Konzeptionierung und Priorisierung nutzerzentrierte Produktanforderungen
**Was wir uns wünschen**:
- praktische Erfahrung als Product Owner
- Ausbildung mit Bezug zur IT bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
