  • Durchführung von End-to-End-Recruitingprozessen für unsere 4 Standorte: München, Berlin, Lissabon & Innsbruck
  • Active Sourcing über relevante soziale Netzwerke
  • Recherche & Auswahl zielgruppenspezifischer Recruitingkanäle
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unseres Recruitingprozesses und der bestmöglichen Candidate Experience
  • Mitgestaltung und Organisation von Employer Branding Maßnahmen (z.B. Meetups, Recruiting Events, Karrieremessen)
  • Verantwortung für Hochschulmarketing-Maßnahmen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten
  • Unterstützung beim On- & Offboarding von Mitarbeitenden und bei allgemeinen administrativen Tätigkeiten

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium im Bereich BWL, Personal oder Tourismusmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Recruiting inklusive des Active Sourcings, in anderen HR-Bereichen von Vorteil
  • Eigenständige & gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Empathisches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sowie Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kolleg:innen, Partner:innen, & Bewerber:innen im In- & Ausland
  • Spaß an der Hotellerie & Tourismusbranche
