Your tasks:

You support our training projects from the very beginning with your design expertise. Your focus is on the creative development of teaching/learning content (e.g. WBTs, explanatory films, learning videos, learning nuggets). You design learning environments with didactic added value and pay special attention to a good user experience. You use AI to develop innovative solutions in the field of digital learning and the creation of learning media. You work closely, collaboratively and independently with international experts to convey specialised content in the field of industrial insurance.

Your profile:

You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in digital media design, studied graphic/media design or acquired a comparable qualification. Your relevant professional experience in the field of learning media design and your analytical and conceptual skills enable you to prepare compelling designs tailored to the need of the target audience. You are confident in using authoring tools (ideally Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond and H5P) and have experience in using video editing programmes as well as image processing and graphics programmes. You work independently, in a solution-orientated and structured manner Good collaboration and communication within the team and with the organisation are important to you.
