The HAWK is a state university in Lower Saxony with regional and national/international connections. The HAWK University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Hildesheim/Holzminden/Göttingen is looking to fill the following permanent position at the Göttingen location:

The Health Campus Göttingen (GCG) is a joint initiative of the University Medical Center Göttingen (UMG) and HAWK. Currently, six health-related degree programs are located at the Health Campus, including Nursing, Medical Engineering, Orthobionics, Social Work in Health Care, and Therapy Sciences.

The Skills Lab Pflege is part of the interprofessional Skills Labs at the Health Campus, where students develop skills to act in complex learning situations. The Skills Labs have modern simulators, medical devices, and audio-video debriefing systems.

• Conduct simulation-based teaching in the Skills Lab Pflege
• Support staff and teachers in integrating simulation-based teaching into their events
• Coordinate teaching and research activities in the Skills Lab Pflege
• Create teaching materials and conduct classes in nursing-related modules
• Develop, implement, and evaluate concepts for simulation-based learning
• Supervise project work, practice reports, and theses
• Participate in the development of nursing study programs
• Maintain and expand partnerships in the simulation field
• Quality assurance of simulations
• Curricular development of the Skills Lab Pflege
• Recruit and train simulation actors

• Master's or Diploma degree in nursing or educational sciences
• Professional nursing qualification
• Experience in nursing, educational/didactic knowledge, and simulation-based learning
• Team player with good communication skills
• Ability to work on new nursing programs
• Creative, communicative, and structured approach
• Proficient in MS-Office
