Aufgaben
- Für unsere Kunden bist Du Ansprechpartner*in rund um die Stepstone Produktwelt
- Du suchst aktiv den telefonischen Kontakt zu Deinen Kunden und ermittelst aktuelle Bedarfe und Probleme für die Du eine Lösung erarbeitest
- Stellenanzeigen werden von Dir kritisch geprüft, erstellt und in Absprache mit den Firmen optimiert, damit die richtigen Kandidat*innen die Anzeige aufrufen und sich anschließend bewerben
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Vertrieb zusammen
- Neben der Pflege und Bearbeitung der Kundendaten gehören weitere Sachbearbeiter- und Backofficetätigkeiten zu Deinen täglichen Aufgaben
Profil
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. im Dialogmarketing und bringst erste Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung mit
- Deine Kundenorientierung und Begeisterungsfähigkeit bescheren dem Kunden das perfekte Serviceerlebnis
- Professionelles Kommunikationsvermögen in Wort und Schrift zeichnen Dich aus
- Du bringst sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse mit und kannst effizient am PC arbeiten
- Du hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an die eigene Arbeit
