Dies beinhaltet Aufgaben wie:
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von Network Engineers mit dem fachlichen Schwerpunkt MPLS, VPN, Internet-Dienste und SD-WAN
- Entwicklung und Coaching der Mitarbeiter (z.B. für eine Fachlaufbahn)
- Verantwortlichkeit für die aktive Steuerung des Teams, mit Fokus auf die Einhaltung der Servicequalität und der Kundenzufriedenheit
- Eskalationsinstanz im Falle von Kunden-Eskalationen und aktive Rolle bei der Erarbeitung von technischen und prozessualen Optimierungen
- Implementierung von Key-Performance-Indikatoren zur Messung der Servicequalität, einschließlich regelmäßiger Qualitäts-Reviews sowie Initiierung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung
- Beteiligung an der Weiterentwicklung von Produkten und strategischer Themenfelder
- Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Schnittstellen
- Teilnahme an ISO-Zertifizierungsaudits
**Überzeugendes Profil**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung und nachweisbare Erfolge in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalführung sowie die Fähigkeit Mitarbeiter zu begeistern, zu motivieren und zu entwickeln
- Einen kooperativen Führungsstil und die Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Branchen-Erfahrung und Affinität für IT und Telekommunikation
- Idealerweise ITIL- Prozesskenntnisse
- Eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung sowie Problemlösungskompetenz
- Selbstsicheres Auftreten in jeglichen Kundensituationen (z.B. Präsentationen)
