  • Du entwickelst zusammen mit unserem Team die Produktvision für unsere hauseigene Software aBIS weiter.
  • Dazu organisierst Du die Abstimmungsprozesse mit relevanten Stakeholdern ( Nutzer:innen, Hochschulvertreter:innen, Entwicklungsteam) und leitest das Entwicklungs team fachlich an, um Ideen zu konkretisieren und entsprechend der Produktvision zu priorisieren oder abzulehnen.
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für Anwenderfragen. Der direkte Draht zu diesen Stakeholdern ermöglicht es Dir, zu erkennen, wo das Produkt für unsere tägliche Arbeit verbessert wer den kann.
  • Die aus der Produktvision erarbeitete Product Roadmap wird von Dir gemeinsam mit dem Entwicklungsteam und relevanten Stakeholdern in klare und nachvollziehbare Konzepte gegossen. Aus diesen Konzepten erstellst Du Tickets und arbeitest mit dem Entwickler team nach Scrum an deren Umsetzung.
  • Die Entwicklung der Produktvision und die Entscheidung für Features und Prioritäten un termauerst Du mit Fakten: Du informierst Dich laufend über neue Strategien, Features und Ideen im Web und nutzt die Erfahrungswerte anderer für uns.
  • In den Sprints behältst Du Dank Tickets und Jira den Überblick über die laufende und ge plante Entwicklung und verantwortest den Abnahmetest, indem Du selbst testest und die Tester aus den Fachabteilungen anleitest.
  • Du sammelst die Anforderungen aller Stakeholder unter ständiger Berücksichtigung des Geschäftswerts/Risikos.
Dein Profil:Du begeisterst Dich für Technologie und hast Lust, aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung eines Produk tes mit hohem gesellschaftlichen Wert zu arbeiten. Trotz der vielen verschiedenen Anforderungen behältst Du dabei immer den Überblick und hast ein Gefühl für Prioritäten. Deine strukturierte Ar beitsweise sowie Dein Blick fürs Detail helfen Dir dabei. Du hast Spaß daran, gemeinsam mit dem Team unser Produkt voranzutreiben. Dafür bringst Du mit:
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Position in verschiedenen Projekten und mit engem Kontakt zur Entwicklungsabteilung
  • Eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Erfahrung darin, Abstimmungsprozesse zu organisieren und zu moderieren
  • Eine eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ein solides technisches Grundverständnis
  • Erfahrung mit Tickets und Ticketsystemen wie Jira sowie die Organisation der Entwicklung nach Scrum
  • Gute Deutsch- sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse (auch im technischen Bereich)
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium - vorzugsweise im Bereich Web, IT, In formatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Kommunikationswissenschaften
