Gather and analyze requirements, market trends, regulation, and end-customer needs to inform product development. Translate requirements into product features and specifications. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to prioritize features, define technical requirements, and guide the product development process. Collaborate with our partners, Enpal and Entrix, to ensure seamless vertical integration of our product, achieving exceptional VPP performance Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate product development efforts. Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders. Being ahead of energy market and regulatory developments to ensure our Virtual Power Plant leverages all available revenue streams and acts according to most current market regulations Proactively think about end-to-end customer experience (home-owners), conceptualize high level strategy, and implement it together with our partner Enpal Your Profile 3+ years experience of hands-on product management experience in the renewable energy industry, preferably in topics such as VPP, HEMS, Flexibility, Trading or Energy Supply. You have a strong technical background and enjoy working at the intersection of tech, product and business development. Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex technology products. You enjoy solving problems and sparring ideas in a cross-functional team with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and more Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in German is a plus
